Terms of Use

1. Service

Retro Calendar is a personal planning and note-taking app provided by JC Studio. By using it, you acknowledge these terms and the privacy policy. Where separate legal consent is required, it is obtained separately.

2. Records and backups

You retain your rights to your content. JC Studio claims no ownership of your records. Protect access to your device and export backups when needed. Device failure, uninstalling or restoring a backup can remove records. We cannot recover deleted local data from a server. Restoration replaces existing records after confirmation.

3. Use and advertising

The app, code and design belong to their respective rights holders. Do not unlawfully copy the app, compromise security or disrupt operations. Ads are supplied through Google AdMob. Advertiser products, services and external links are subject to their providers' terms. Clicking or engaging with ads is not required to use the calendar. The current app has no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

4. Availability and responsibility

Weather is a manual record, not a forecast. The app does not guarantee reminders or completion of your plans. Updates, operating systems and network conditions may change or interrupt features. JC Studio will make reasonable efforts to address problems. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Ending use, changes and contact

You may export or delete records and uninstall at any time. Important changes to these terms will be announced in the app or on this page. Contact whdcjf8172@gmail.com for questions or disputes. Applicable consumer protection and jurisdiction rules remain in effect.
